All of the contacts from the last Ebola patient have “graduated” from monitoring. None of them developed symptoms in the 21 days since they came in contact with the patient. This includes five “high risk” contacts, who provided direct care before they knew she had Ebola.
We haven’t quite finished the first 21-day period, but we’re getting there. It is fair to say that no one in Liberia is currently being monitored due to exposure to a confirmed Ebola patient.
We’re getting there!
